About the job
Facility Management is responsible for housekeeping, technology, and maintenance in our real estate portfolio with 13 locations. In this diverse and exciting work environment, we are looking for a committed individual.
Tasks
- Active support in the further development of the Facility Management department and participation in ongoing projects
- Collection, analysis, and documentation of processes as well as co-design of efficient target processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Conducting analyses, data collection and evaluations, as well as preparation of results
- Independent handling of work packages and sub-projects as well as administrative support within the department
Profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree with a focus on business administration / process management or ongoing bachelor’s degree in the field of Facility Management
- Interest in the healthcare sector and Facility Management
- Analytical thinking, technical understanding as well as independent, structured and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in co-design, high flexibility and openness
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Ideally interest in an internship lasting 6-12 months
