Electrician – Project Manager with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Independent management of new build and renovation projects in commercial, industrial and residential sectors
- Leadership, planning and organisation of your own team as well as ensuring team motivation
- Responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of site administration and material management
- Coordination and collaboration with architects, planners and clients on site
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and several years of professional experience
- Further training as an electrical team leader or senior electrician with the corresponding certificate
- Strong flexibility and responsible handling of demanding situations
- High assertiveness and goal-oriented, solution-focused thinking
- Communicative and empathetic personality with enthusiasm for leadership tasks and confident client support
