Our Spitex client has a service mandate from the city of Zurich and is open to all people in need of support. The organisations support around 10,000 clients annually. For the clients of the Somatic/Memory Care Team, you are an important part of their daily lives and actively shape it.

Job Description

• Independent care and support of clients in their homes

• Carrying out basic care and support in daily life

• Taking over medical-technical measures within your own area of competence

• Observing the health condition and recognising changes

• Proper documentation of the care services provided

• Supporting the implementation of the care process

• Promoting the independence and quality of life of clients

• Close cooperation with qualified nursing staff, relatives and other specialist agencies

• Responsible handling of the individual situation and needs of clients

• Independent organisation and execution of planned assignments

• Ensuring professional and appreciative care on site

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe).

• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people.

• Strong social skills.

• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.

• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
