Your Tasks - more than just a job!

• Representing Market Management: You take responsibility for the market and the team in the absence of market management and their deputy.
• Cash Security: You ensure a smooth process at the cash register and provide a pleasant customer experience.
• Product Presentation & Order: You pay attention to an attractive product presentation and a clean, inviting sales area.

Your Profile - what you bring:

• Training & Experience: Ideally, you have completed training in retail with a focus on food.
• Leadership Skills: Initial experience in employee management is desirable.
• Customer Orientation: You are committed to excellent service and advise our customers competently and friendly.
• Organizational Talent: Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview.
• IT Skills: You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP R/3.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work flexibly, including on Saturdays and at irregular working hours.
