Are you interested in civil procedural issues, tenancy law, family law and debt enforcement law? Then you are in the right place with us!
The II. Civil Chamber primarily deals with appeals and complaints against decisions of the district courts, tenancy courts and district councils, which are not accepted by the parties and are challenged by a legal remedy.
To support the II. Civil Chamber, we are looking for a court clerk from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement, initially limited to one year,

Court Clerk (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility
A later extension of the employment is desired depending on the possibilities.
As a court clerk, you will handle cases in family and inheritance law, tenancy and other contract law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law as well as cases of protective custody. In the appeals and complaint cases assigned to you, you will independently submit motions. You will draft decisions, occasionally participate in hearings and keep the minutes of meetings.

Your profile
- Completed law degree, preferably with a lawyer's licence.
- Professional experience in the judiciary or legal profession.
- Very good legal knowledge.
- Precise linguistic expression, high independence, exact and efficient working method.
- Team-oriented, helpful and positive personality.
