Department of Finance
The tax administration is responsible for the tax processing of natural and legal persons in the canton. In a small, collegial team, work is carried out efficiently, carefully, and in direct contact with the public as well as in close cooperation with other offices.
The tax administration is looking for a clerk or a clerk for debt collection in a 40% position starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Counter and telephone service
- Independent processing of debt enforcement procedures according to the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
- Processing and management of loss certificates
- Examination and processing of bankruptcies
- Monitoring of deadlines, especially in connection with limitation periods
- Independent processing of procedural fines (including orders and collection)
- Correspondence with taxpayers, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, as well as legal representatives
- Support with bulk mailings and other tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters
- Discretion in handling sensitive data
- Good knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) is an advantage
