Project Manager: Construction Management (80–100 %)
Your area of responsibility
In this key position, you take overall responsibility for the realisation of demanding residential and commercial construction projects and accompany them from the legally binding building permit to commissioning (SIA phases 4.1 to 5.3). You are responsible for costs, deadlines and quality and ensure the economic success of the project through forward-looking opportunity and risk management. With your expertise and entrepreneurial thinking, you continuously develop the project business, optimise processes and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the company. You lead interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate external planners, contractors, specialists and authorities and ensure efficient and goal-oriented collaboration of all parties involved. As the central contact person, you advise and support clients throughout the entire project process and represent their interests with professionalism, persuasiveness and negotiation skills. Furthermore, you ensure high quality in the areas of tendering, awarding, contract management, invoice verification and change order management. You prepare project and monthly accounts, monitor project progress and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of your projects.
Your personality
You have completed training as a HF technician in building construction or have a comparable qualification and ideally bring five to ten years of experience as a project manager in building construction. You have a proven track record in the realisation of demanding residential and commercial buildings. Experience in the construction of hotels or care facilities is an advantage. You have successfully led interdisciplinary project teams and know how to coordinate and motivate different stakeholders in a targeted manner. You like to take responsibility, work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way and keep an overview even in demanding projects. You are characterised by high initiative, strong negotiation skills and a high cost and quality awareness. Your open and direct communication enables you to deal confidently with clients, authorities, planners and contractors. Your profile is rounded off by a high IT affinity as well as sound user knowledge in Microsoft 365, MS Project and ideally Messerli.
