Zurich Cantonal Bank is one of the largest and most important training companies in the canton of Zurich and trains over 400 Young Talents. We offer a wide range of entry opportunities into the banking world. Our humorous and committed "Young Talents" team ensures the high quality of our programs and takes holistic care of the trainees. From recruitment, through support to transition, we accompany our Young Talents and are the first point of contact for all personnel matters. For our Young Talents Project World as well as for the target group "University Trainees," we are looking for a new colleague.

Your tasks

Responsible for internal and external project groups in the Young Talents world
Creating and being responsible for all necessary reporting
Supporting and advising university trainees, managers, as well as mentors on all personnel-related questions
Designing and coordinating training programs from the recruitment process to the completion of the programs
Ensuring a functioning program administration
Analyzing and identifying changes and trends in the Young Talents landscape
Contributing ideas on how we can continue to offer attractive opportunities for the Young Talents target group in the future
Collaborating on innovative training concepts

Your profile

Proven professional experience in the project world
Experience in the training sector
Very good PC user skills, especially MS Office
Analytical thinking and a flair for numbers
Enjoy working with young people
Your working style is structured so that you maintain an overview even in complex environments
You are characterized by your coordination talent, empathy, and conceptual skills
Solution-oriented communication with different target groups is no problem for you
