What you achieve

• Comprehensive handling of medical liability claims (hospitals and freelance medical professionals) and complex personal injury claims from various liability sectors
• Independent negotiation with policyholders, claimants, medical professionals, lawyers, authorities, and insurers
• Participation in projects and conducting internal training sessions
• Professional support for employees of agencies, claims departments, underwriting, and other internal departments
• Area of activity: German-speaking Switzerland, workplace by arrangement

What you bring

• Completed legal education, preferably with a lawyer’s licence or other qualified training (e.g. legal agent), CAS in Liability and Insurance Law
• Experience in liability, medical, and/or social insurance law
• Enjoyment in handling claims cases with personal contact as well as legal and/or medical contexts
• Confident command of the German language, foreign language skills (English) desired (business fluent), French and Italian advantageous
• Solution- and customer-oriented as well as communicative personality
• Confident in negotiation and assertive
