Are you interested in electricity, circuits and digital systems? Do you enjoy tinkering with technical solutions and want to learn how electronic devices are developed and tested?
Then the apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician EFZ is just right for you!
In this apprenticeship, you will learn how electronic circuits and systems are designed, built, tested and documented. You will work on both hardware and software solutions, develop test systems and help ensure that modern electronic products function reliably. You will be part of a dedicated development team in a technologically advanced environment.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- develop and implement electronic hardware and software
- participate in processing orders as well as planning and monitoring manufacturing processes
- create technical documentation
- manufacture electronic devices and systems
- develop and implement testing and inspection procedures
What do we expect from you?
You:
- are motivated to learn new things and have a strong willingness to learn and perform
- are at intermediate or higher school level
- show good performance in mathematics and enjoy STEM subjects
- have good logical and analytical thinking skills
- have a good understanding of technical contexts
- work experimentally, are dexterous, careful and reliable in a team
