An Apprentices Admissions Coordinator
(Specialised Vocational Training Centre) / 80%-100%
Our Specialised Vocational Training Centre (CFPS) welcomes adolescents and young adults (around 130 beneficiaries) who benefit from an invalidity insurance measure, attending as day pupils, boarders and in apartments, training in various professional fields offered by our institution.
Your main activities
As the person responsible for apprentice admissions within our CFPS, you are the first point of contact for the Romandy invalidity insurance offices (OAI):
- You receive and manage apprentice visit requests sent by the Romandy OAIs and coordinate the organisation of these initial meetings.
- You ensure the planning and operational and administrative management of discovery internships intended for apprentices.
- You coordinate, with the OAIs and the various professionals involved, the entire process related to apprentices’ orientation periods: planning, monitoring, assessment and coordination of the next steps.
- You occasionally participate in the facilitation of annual assessments.
- You support the socio-professional mentors and the Job Coach in the search for and implementation of company internships for our apprentices.
- You participate in various events and professional meetings related to your role and represent the CFPS with its partners.
Your profile
- You hold a higher education qualification (Bachelor, specialised school or equivalent title) related to the role.
- You have experience in stakeholder management and network work, with a cooperation-based approach.
- You are familiar with supporting young people facing learning difficulties as well as the professional fabric of Fribourg, ideally Romandy.
- You are enterprising, committed and action-oriented, capable of taking initiatives.
- You demonstrate kindness, anticipation, flexibility and adaptability, and enjoy working collaboratively with interlocutors of varied profiles.
