Finance and Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Our ROCKEN partner produces woodworking tools as well as highly precise planing tools for the wood processing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of financial and operational accounting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
- Preparation of reports and analyses for management
- Conducting planning, forecasts and budgets
- Preparation of investment calculations and support in investment planning
- Monitoring investments and performing post-calculations
- Contact person for auditors and banks
- Participation in projects and optimisation of processes in finance and controlling
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training and further education in finance and accounting
- Professional experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling
- Very good knowledge of accounting and experience in financial statement preparation according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German skills and good English skills
