Job Advertisement
The following job advertisement is particularly aimed at former participants (YES Alumni). We are looking to support the Corporate Volunteering Team from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement with a new Programme Manager for the Our Community programme (20%). In your role, you will report to the National Programme Management and work closely with a five-member team.
Your Tasks
- Ongoing placement, professional supervision and personal support of volunteers (voluntary persons from the business sector) as well as the teachers participating in the programme
- Acquisition of new schools and volunteers from partner companies as well as active maintenance of customer relationships with volunteers and teachers
- Short training sessions for volunteers to prepare them for their deployment
- Provision and maintenance of programme materials
- Collaboration in maintaining and developing the quality of the Our Community programme
- Evaluation and reporting of volunteer deployments
- Support with event work for other YES programmes
Your Profile
- Completed secondary school leaving certificate, preferably started studies with a focus on education or economics
- Very good school reports and a strong interest in economic and educational policy topics
- Very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
- High degree of independence, initiative, resilience and flexibility
- Structured and analytical thinking skills as well as precise and reliable working methods
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
