Legal Counsel 80-100%
Your tasks with us:
- Point of contact and advice for all departments within Eiffage Suisse AG on legal matters and independent handling and answering of legal questions from all areas of Eiffage Suisse AG with a focus on construction law, general contract law, etc.
- Preparation of legal issues and development of solution proposals taking into account economic and legal risks
- Review, drafting and negotiation of contracts
- Support of operational units in enforcing contractual claims
- Legal support in the preparation of internal guidelines and regulations as well as maintenance of the legal area in the intranet
- Training of employees in legal matters or in the application of internal instructions
- Instruction and supervision of external lawyers
- Assumption of special tasks and projects in the legal area
- Contact person and coordinator for insurance cases
Your profile includes the following characteristics
- Swiss Master’s degree in law with very good professional qualifications required
- Bar admission advantageous
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer in the construction/real estate sector or as a lawyer in a law firm focusing on construction/contract law/general contract law
- German or French at native speaker level, very good knowledge of the other language and good English skills
- Very independent, reliable and precise working style
- Affinity for data protection law
