Project Manager Optimisation of Wood Combustion Systems 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

• Project management of more complex conversions of existing systems
• Analysis and operational optimisation of our wood combustion systems
• Support of key clients
• Assistance with internal technical support projects
• Significant co-responsibility for the quality of our plant technology and plant operation
• Defining measures and developing optimisation proposals
• Communication with customers, customer representatives and planners (including visits)
• Commercial handling with adherence to costs
• Travel activity of max. 1 day per week

• Training as a heating planner/installer or a basic education with appropriate further training in energy or heat technology
• Experience as a project manager, especially in plant construction is an advantage, alternatively also in other areas such as research and development
• Possibly further training in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• German language skills in spoken and written form as well as French and English skills would be a plus
• CAD and ERP knowledge as well as analytical and networked thinking
• Structured, efficient working method, team playerand a pleasant assertiveness
• Communicative, customer-oriented, convincing, resilient, flexible, committed
