Your Skills and Talents

Advanced professional education related to the role
Experience in organizational development, team development, and transformation, preferably in an agile environment.
Experience in systemic organizational development is an advantage.
Understanding of agile methods as well as knowledge in leadership and culture development.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented, strategic way of working.
Ability to manage complex change processes and adapt to different target groups.
Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation and team spirit.
You have confident German language skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
