PROJECT MANAGER: FIRE PROTECTION (m/f/d)

What you can achieve
In the fire protection department, we assess existing buildings, accompany refurbishment and new construction projects within the framework of a QS fire protection mandate, assist with tenders, advise and support clients, architects and planners in the field of fire protection.
- You develop comprehensive fire protection concepts for new build, refurbishment and renovation projects for various buildings and facilities
- You advise clients and planning teams on all matters relating to fire protection
- As the specialist fire protection site manager, you ensure the planning, implementation and commissioning within construction projects
- You prepare fire protection documentation, provide information for fire protection plans and check these
- You perform integral tests and take on the role of QS fire protection officer throughout all project phases
- Other activities are possible in various areas
Your skills are
- a basic education as an engineer, architect or technician HF or equivalent and additional training in fire protection (fire protection expert VKF / fire protection specialist VKF)
- You have several years of practical experience in fire protection planning and in the role of QS fire protection officer
- Fluent command of the German language, both spoken and written, is a matter of course for you
- You hold a category B driving licence
- You are motivated to continuously expand your expertise and feel comfortable supporting clients
