To strengthen our team in the Fruits & Vegetables department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Employee Supermarket, 80% starting 15.10.2025 at the Chur location.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for preparing lunch menus, salads, and soups.
• You ensure product manufacturing, freshness, and quality.
• You conduct sales conversations and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
• You independently and reliably implement the weekly promotions.
• You organize the sales area and set seasonal priorities.
• You check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness.
• You create an attractive market atmosphere according to our concept.
• You consistently adhere to the prescribed hygiene regulations.

Your Profile

• You ideally have completed basic training in retail or gastronomy.
• You already have professional experience in a comparable activity.
• You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and maintain calm and overview in hectic situations.
• You have a positive demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
• You possess a reliable, careful, and independent work style.
• You have a pronounced affinity for food products and sustainability.
• You are flexible and available according to the duty roster.
• You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
