Job description
We are looking for a Planner - Product Development (M/F) to join our teams in Switzerland.
You will be responsible for ensuring the overall coordination of projects related to the development of new products. This key role directly contributes to the development of industrial directions through a deep understanding of flows, capacities, and operational needs.

Ensure clear and reliable visibility of workload plans and New Product projects.
Identify and propose proactive approaches to optimize organization and deadlines.
Ensure consistency and updating of data necessary for planning.
Participate in the continuous improvement of practices and tools related to planning.
Actively contribute to cross-functional projects involving different departments.
🎯 Your profile:
Strong mastery of ERP tools, as well as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and reporting solutions.
Proven skills in data analysis and inventory level management.
Good understanding of logistics flows and industrial processes.
Ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Expected qualities: analytical mind, adaptability, open-mindedness, autonomy, and proactivity.
