Do you love turning ideas into action and driving impactful projects forward? In this versatile key role, you will work closely with the department management, manage demanding projects, and actively shape the future of Marketing, Product Management, and Merchandising.

What you will achieve

• Organisation and conceptual support of departmental workshops
• Issuing assignments to departments & monitoring internally & externally
• Controlling and benchmarking of various initiatives, projects, and topics
• Independent management of projects and small/sub-projects across the entire department and the whole company
• Autonomous definition of goals, timings & controlling
• Preparation of decision-making bases
• Optimisation of existing processes as well as implementation of new processes

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Business administration training
• Professional experience: 3-5 years of project experience
• High organisational talent and coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flair for numbers as well as an independent and conscientious working style
• Flexibility, teamwork & resilience
• Winning personality with a strong service orientation
• German (C1)
• French (A2)
