We care for our residents and their relatives with professional competence and a lot of human commitment in often complex situations. Treatment, care, and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social, or emotional matters.
That is why our multiprofessional team works closely together. It consists of doctors, nursing professionals, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists, and chaplains.
Here you get involved
- Holistic care and support of residents in the interprofessional team
- Accompanying and promoting trainees
- Guiding and promoting nursing assistants
- General assistance in all areas of the ward
You will receive support in your daily work from a competent ward management, a kinesthetic trainer, and a nursing expert.

As the largest nursing center in the west of Zurich, we offer a stationary home for 126 people in need of care and support. Our comprehensive and interprofessional services include long-term care, rehabilitation, support for people with dementia, and a day center. Thanks to the direct connection to the Limmattal acute hospital, medical care is guaranteed around the clock. The Spital Limmattal nursing center is located close to the city of Zurich, only three S-Bahn stations from the main station.
