About the position
As a Logistics Operator, you work in the BiMOS Backend area and operate under cleanroom conditions in the cleanroom and testing areas. You support a smooth production process, take on diverse tasks in various areas, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements through your careful and reliable working style. You work flexibly in a team and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
What you can achieve
- Processing production lots according to valid work instructions under cleanroom conditions throughout the BiMOS Backend area, especially in cleanroom and testing
- Flexible job rotation between the learned areas and activities as well as willingness to take on different workplaces within the team
- Operation of applicable control systems such as MES, SAP and BO Report
- Participation in the continuous improvement process and ensuring the quality of work and workflows according to applicable regulations and processes
- Performing daily checks on machines according to the corresponding instructions and regulations
- Monitoring the stock of consumables for production machines
- Organisation and execution of cleaning tasks at workplaces, cleanroom infrastructure, equipment, materials and modules according to valid work instructions
- Consistent adherence to applicable discipline, order and safety rules
What you bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship EBA or EFZ or several years of experience in a comparable production environment
- German language skills in spoken and written form at least at level B2
- Willingness to work in the cleanroom and in a multi-shift system, especially in a 4-shift system including weekend availability
- Hands-on mentality and motivation to familiarise yourself with the operation of production equipment
- Good IT user skills; knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and production control systems is an advantage
- Willingness to learn, quick comprehension and willingness for continuous personal development and participation in training
