Your responsibilities
As a member of the Management, you manage the Development & Partnerships department and participate in defining the company strategy. In this key role, you actively contribute to the company’s development by consolidating relationships with strategic partners, identifying new growth opportunities, and leading innovation initiatives. You maintain active monitoring of market and hydroelectric ecosystem developments to anticipate future client needs and strengthen HYDRO’s positioning. At the interface between partners, operations teams, workshops, engineering, and management, you play a unifying role. You provide a clear vision, build lasting trust-based relationships with our economic, academic, and institutional partners while supporting the development of new high-value offers, notably in the areas of digitalisation, operational optimisation, and innovative solutions for energy infrastructure operators.
Your profile
We are looking for a credible, stable, and unifying personality, endowed with a strong network, capable of defending HYDRO’s interests with conviction while building solutions with partners. With solid experience, you are recognised within the Swiss hydroelectric ecosystem and know how to combine commercial development, strategic partnership management, and applied innovation in operations, while remaining focused on field needs. You have demonstrated your ability to evolve activities and unite stakeholders with varied interests. Your sense of diplomacy, pragmatism, and ability to advance matters allow you to create consensus while confidently defending your convictions. Attuned to opportunities and solution-oriented, you understand operational realities while being able to carry a long-term vision. Fluency in French and German is essential to interact with our teams. Knowledge of English or Italian is an additional advantage.
