Facility Services Manager Cleaning (a)

Your tasks:

- Implement ISS strategy and objectives
- Comply with and follow the standards and guidelines defined by clients
- Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients
- Ensure operational and financial management (updating reports, budget control and management...) of the services delivered on the client site
- Propose, develop and implement improvements
- Main point of contact for clients
- Participate in and monitor project control
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Responsible for personnel management and supervision (scheduling, allocation of hours, recruitment, annual reviews...)
- Responsible for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, work procedures and processes, and if necessary, their creation

Your profile:

- Trained in cleaning or hospitality
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Facility Services, professional cleaning, or the service sector
- Proven and certified professional and managerial skills
- Very good knowledge in managing soft services, mainly cleaning services
- Innate communication skills, excellent speaker
- Analytical skills
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team spirit
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of English (level B1)
- Proficient with common IT tools and comfortable with digital tools in general
- Autonomous and solution-oriented
- Charismatic personality with a strong customer focus
- Very good stress resistance
