To strengthen our team in Visp, Switzerland, we are currently looking for
a Team Leader for Operations Support.
Are you looking for a challenge to lead teams and get actively involved? Then we are looking for you! To strengthen our well-established team in Visp, we seek a dedicated individual who thinks ahead, takes initiative, and organises so that external and internal customers receive their goods on time.
- You lead the teams for operational cleaning, dryers, and operations support both professionally and disciplinarily
- You actively participate in operations support and ensure stable daily operations
- You coordinate the tasks and deploy the required personnel and technical resources purposefully
- You continuously lead, promote, and develop your employees
- You conduct employee discussions and accompany performance and development topics
- You are responsible for training and onboarding new employees
- You ensure compliance with legal and internal safety and quality guidelines
Qualifications and experience
- Completed training as a logistician or chemical and pharmaceutical technologist or several years of experience as an operator in chemical production or service companies
- Experience in deployment and resource planning
- Valid forklift licence
- Good knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications
- Technical understanding of plants and processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to motivate employees
- Very high safety awareness and active commitment to a strong safety culture
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience and overview even in dynamic operational situations
