As a Finance Team Leader, you not only keep an eye on the numbers but also on the people behind them. You recognise connections, think ahead, and with your expertise and organisational talent, you steer the finance department on course.

Accounting relationships are no blank spot on the map for you. You move confidently through the world of numbers, gladly take on responsibility, and enjoy making a difference together with your team. You as Finance Team Leader:

• have a solid education in finance and accounting (e.g. professional certificate) and bring several years of professional experience
• are proficient in financial accounting and have experience with closing tasks
• are well versed in payroll accounting and payroll administration
• bring leadership experience and enjoy supporting a small team and working together
• work independently, precisely and in a structured manner and recognise financial connections and processes
• have good Excel skills and have already worked with Abacus and/or Mammut
• are IT-savvy and quickly find your way around new systems
• are service-oriented, communicative and appreciate working with different people
