For our Weekend MaxMara store in the heart of Zurich at Falkenstrasse 11, 8001 Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and committed Store Manager to start immediately or by arrangement.

As Store Manager, you are responsible for the entrepreneurial management of the branch and, together with your motivated team, shape the appearance of the store.

Your main tasks:

• Active sales and customer advice for our local and international clientele
• Organisation and management of the store
• Inventory management, goods receipt and sales control
• Planning of window displays and visual merchandising
• Leadership, coaching, motivation and staff scheduling for 3 employees
• Organisation of local events in cooperation with management

  Your profile:

• Several years of experience in selling high-quality fashion, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Entrepreneurially minded personality with a high degree of initiative, commitment and flexibility
• Confident, well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
• Good local network
• Strong flair for visual merchandising
• High sense of responsibility and exemplary reliability
• Native German speaker and very good English skills, French is an advantage
