Your tasks

• Participation in the realisation of building construction projects in new build and refurbishment
• Support in tendering and awarding contractor services
• Assistance with cost planning and control
• Coordination and supervision of work on site in collaboration with project and site management
• Support with scheduling, quality assurance and documentation
• Participation in inspections and warranty work

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in construction
• Initial professional experience in site management or construction administration is an advantage
• Interest in tendering procedures and construction processes
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of coordination and organisation
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and an open personality
• Motivation to take responsibility and develop professionally
