What we expect from you

You have vocational training as a draughtsperson specialising in architecture with corresponding further training as a construction manager HFP or technician HF and already have experience as a building construction manager. You are proficient in using MS Office, MS Project as well as one of the well-known construction administration programmes such as "Messerli".

In this role you are responsible for:

Preparing tenders, drawing up contracts for work, carrying out on-site construction management, accompanying commissioning and completion.

Administrative tasks such as recording meeting minutes, scheduling, accounting and preparing cost forecasts are also part of the scope of duties.
