The Cantonal Police of Appenzell I.Rh. is looking for a caretaker / building maintenance specialist (female) or a caretaker / building maintenance specialist (male) for a 100% position starting 1 April 2027.

Your Tasks

• General caretaking as well as carrying out minor repairs independently
• Ensuring the functionality of all technical systems in the building
• Organisation and supervision of external craftsmen and service providers
• Cleaning of stairwells, entrance areas, windows as well as sanitary facilities
• Cleaning of office rooms, disposal and carrying out minor transports
• Maintenance and care of the building and the outdoor area (including winter service)

Your Profile

• Training as a building maintenance specialist, craft training, or several years of experience as a caretaker with a flair for technology
• Neat appearance and good manners
• Independent, precise and efficient working style
• Team player and reliable
• Good knowledge of German and an impeccable reputation. Basic Office skills are an advantage
• Discretion and confidentiality externally
