To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Chief Competence Center (CCC) Compliance

Your responsibilities

• Creation and management of the new Compliance Competence Center (CC)

• Definition of profiles for CC members

• Technical leadership of members

• Develop and promote the CC offering (internal & external)

• Project management of development and engineering

• Member of the knowledge committee

• Sales support

• Presentations at clients

• Marketing contributions

Your qualifications

• Degree in engineering

• Several years of experience in at least three of the following areas:

  • Quality

  • Compliance

  • Standards

  • Machinery Directive

  • Medical validation

• Leadership and coaching experience appreciated

• Talent management experience appreciated

• Passion for implementing a culture of improvement

• Very good command of French, German, and English
