We are a bilateral foreign trade chamber active for over 100 years, aiming to support companies in economic relations between Germany, Switzerland, and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For the team at the Germany-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, we are seeking an employee in the area of financial accounting and administration to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

Financial Accounting / Administration

Your tasks will include in particular:

• Posting invoices, bank documents, expenses, and other business transactions for mandate accounting
• Processing daily mail
• Entering/updating data in the system
• Administrative tasks in the social insurance area

Your profile:

We are looking for a customer-oriented individual to support our team. As a team player, you act flexibly and reliably. You complete your tasks in a structured manner and have an eye for detail. Your background should include:

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting required
• Confident German language skills in writing and speaking
• Common MS Office user skills
• Enjoy working independently
• Precise and reliable working style as well as a strong understanding of numbers
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and resilience
