As an Account Manager Energy Data, you support our clients in the real estate sector with transparent reporting of energy key figures for sustainability reports or benchmarks. Through a quality-assured service process and close customer support, we jointly ensure high-quality data foundations.

You enjoy working with large amounts of data, recognise anomalies and correlations, and contribute significantly to the sustainable development of real estate portfolios with your strong data flair.

Your main tasks

• Analysis and plausibility checks of energy and consumption data as well as identifying anomalies and improvement potentials
• Responsibility for the preparation, quality assurance and delivery of energy data to customers
• Deriving and coordinating measures to improve data coverage and quality
• Leading regular customer meetings and coordinating agreed measures
• Close coordination with internal operational teams (data collection, quality assurance, IT, account managers)
• Acquisition of new customers
• Competent support and development of customer relationships

What we expect from you

• Technical understanding and interest in the energy industry
• Professional experience in energy, real estate or sustainability
• Enjoyment in analysing and interpreting data
• Strong customer orientation
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as confident and communicative manner
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Completed technical or business management basic education HF/FH is an advantage
• High motivation to make a difference and shape a rapidly growing area
