Our employment conditions are generally based on the collective labour agreement (CLA) for staff of Bern hospitals and clinics.
Our kitchens in Burgdorf and Langnau largely work with seasonal, healthy and local products. Employees benefit from a discount and can enjoy a varied buffet selection. Microwaves for self-brought food are also available.
We want to be a modern employer towards our employees, create a good interpersonal atmosphere so that our employees always feel right in the middle and comfortable.
Employees can use various parking spaces depending on the location. Access and billing are via Parkingpay card.
To promote our corporate culture, we give our employees a day off. Colleagues from different departments can participate in a ski, cycling, motorbike, hiking, fun, Christmas market or culture day.
