On behalf of a leading consulting and fiduciary company, we are seeking an experienced leader who will take responsibility for a significant branch and significantly shape its further development.

This role is aimed at individuals with entrepreneurial spirit who wish to use their market knowledge, network, and leadership experience purposefully to further develop an existing team and promote sustainable growth.

Type of Work

• Overall responsibility and operational and strategic management of an established fiduciary branch
• Entrepreneurial co-design and further development of the branch
• Professional and personnel management of a well-coordinated team of qualified employees
• Support and advice for demanding corporate clients on financial, tax, and business management issues
• Building new business relationships as well as maintaining an existing client network
• Support and advice for demanding SME clients in all fiduciary matters
• Development and implementation of market and growth strategies for the region
• Responsibility for complex mandates in accounting, final audit consulting, taxes, controlling, and business consulting
• Accompanying business successions, financing projects, restructurings, and other entrepreneurial issues
• Ensuring high quality standards as well as sustainable customer relationships

• Promotion of a performance-oriented, appreciative, and future-oriented team culture

Requirements Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in a fiduciary or consulting company
• Expert qualification in fiduciary services, auditing, accounting & controlling
• Strong network is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting; high customer orientation and professional appearance
• Strong leadership and social skills
• Enjoyment in market development, client development, and team leadership
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Dynamic, empathetic personality
• Your ideal age: around 40 years
