Job Description

• Creating invoices according to valid tariffs and contracts
• Recording and checking medical fees according to specified tariffs
• Ensuring service recording and correct billing of provided services
• Assisting in accounts receivable management
• Processing invoice rejections
• Close cooperation with patients, insurers, attending physicians and internal interfaces

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Swiss tariff system, especially SwissDRG as well as Tardoc and the legal bases (KVG, UVG, IV, MV, VVG)
• Training in the commercial field and several years of professional experience in administration in the health or insurance sector
• Communicative, committed and open personality with organisational talent
• High service orientation, independence, personal responsibility and flexibility
• Solid PC skills and confident German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
