• You ensure the smooth operation and optimal availability of our modern building services systems (HVACSE).
• You independently and professionally carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work on technical systems and equipment.
• You detect faults early, analyse their causes and ensure sustainable resolution.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers on site and impress with your professional and service-oriented support.
• You coordinate and supervise external partners and service providers and ensure the quality of the work performed.
• You conduct regular technical inspections and actively contribute to the preservation of the properties' value.
• You assist in planning and implementing optimisations and minor projects in the field of building technology.
• You take on administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation and maintaining system data.
• You work cross-departmentally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trouble-free building operation.
• You provide on-call service according to the deployment plan.

What defines you.

• You have completed technical training in building technology, preferably in the sanitary sector.
• You bring experience in technical building maintenance, facility management or a comparable role.
• You convince with your broad technical understanding and your practical, solution-oriented working style.
• You work independently, reliably and gladly take on responsibility.
• Customer orientation and service thinking are natural to you.
• You communicate confidently in German and present yourself professionally and friendly. English and other foreign language skills are an advantage.
• You hold a valid category B driving licence.
• You have an impeccable reputation.
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and are happy to pitch in.
• Good IT user skills and confident handling of digital tools complete your profile.
• Participation in the on-call service is a matter of course for you.
