You see what needs to be done and get stuck in! The work in the Technical Service is characterised by the variety of tasks and lively customer contact. You acquire broad know-how and learn manual skills. The Technical Service of APPISBERG maintains buildings and surroundings on the company premises and additionally carries out property maintenance for external residential properties.
Activities
• Maintain technical systems, for example heating and sanitary systems
• Care for and clean buildings
• Maintain squares, paths and green areas
• Various maintenance tasks, e.g. replacing light bulbs, changing window seals, carrying out minor repairs and painting work
