About the job

For our Building Law and Spatial Development department, we are looking for a versatile and interested individual who independently processes building applications on behalf of the municipalities we support, from preliminary examination to the building law decision. You will encounter a team with genuine cohesion, diverse backgrounds, and a shared attitude: good values, mutual support, and the desire for further development, whether through training or personal plans. Your tasks:

• You process and accompany building permit procedures including the examination of building applications, preliminary clarifications, and building law decisions.
• You advise builders, architects, and internal departments on building and planning law issues and ensure the proper implementation of legal requirements.
• Participation in projects in the field of spatial planning is possible.

What you bring:

• You have training in commercial, technical, planning, or administrative fields.
• Ideally, you have further training in building administration or municipal administration.
• Alternatively, you have experience in building or planning law or in property management.
• You convince through negotiation skills, confident appearance, and your oral and written expression.
• You have an interest in building law and spatial planning issues.
• You enjoy developing yourself further, using digital opportunities, and actively shaping change.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with planners and building administration.
