Production Mechanic – Assembly – Team Leader Mechanics (Final Assembly) – Great Permanent Position

Activities

Personnel and technical leadership of up to 10 employees
Co-responsibility for safety according to SUVA guidelines
Quality control of the work performed
Co-responsible for adherence to deadlines and hourly budgets
Assistance in optimising setup, production, and throughput times
Definition and control of material packages for assembly
Creating deployment planning
Collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, commissioning, production planning, logistics, and procurement
Support with assembly activities

Requirements

Completed technical training (e.g. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable)
Several years of professional experience in production, assembly or manufacturing
Familiarity with SUVA guidelines and occupational safety
Experience in personnel and technical team leadership
Motivational and conflict resolution skills
Organisational and planning skills
Resilience and flexibility
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Reliability and integrity
