Are you fascinated by the large corporate business? Would you like to actively help shape international insurance programmes and work closely with customers, brokers, and colleagues from our global network?

In this role, you will strengthen the Commercial Insurance division at Zurich Switzerland in the Multinational area and make an important contribution to our shared success. As a Multinational Insurance Account Executive in the Receiving Team, you are responsible for implementing international insurance programmes in Switzerland. You will look after customers, brokers, and partners and collaborate with colleagues from around the world and various disciplines. Your portfolio could include contracts from property, liability, transport, fleet, technical insurances, and specialised insurances (such as directors’ and officers’ liability or cyber insurance).

What to expect

• You create local policies for our large customers according to international guidelines and local requirements
• You independently manage your customer portfolio and ensure our customers receive excellent service
• You are the contact person for our network in all matters concerning your portfolio (e.g. outstanding premiums, claims, possible coverages, exclusions, deductibles, etc.)
• You engage in cross-team projects to optimise processes and further develop our tools – also in collaboration with global project teams

What distinguishes you

• A commercial education, ideally in the insurance sector, or comparable experience
• Initial professional experience in the insurance field, preferably in large or corporate customer business
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, strong service orientation, and team spirit
• Good problem-solving and communication skills to navigate complex international structures
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
