Lead the team:
Take responsibility for the service team, motivate employees, and ensure smooth operations – from breakfast to dinner service! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Deliver excellence:
Make sure every guest feels warmly welcomed and receives attentive service that leaves them wanting more! 🌈😊

Train & develop:
Support new team members, promote their development, and contribute to a positive learning culture! 📚🌱

Coordinate service:
Keep track of reservations, seating, and workflows to ensure a seamless restaurant experience! 📅🚪

Manage guest feedback:
Be the contact person for concerns and special requests and ensure every stay is remembered positively! 🗣️💬

Collaborate with management:
Work closely with the leadership team, bring in new ideas, and continuously optimize the guest experience! 🤝💼

Maintain standards:
