Your main tasks

• Independent management of projects in the field of facility management while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality requirements
• Planning and realisation of building services system replacement and modernisation projects
• Evaluation, procurement, and introduction of new technical systems in close cooperation with purchasing
• Development and implementation of technical optimisations to increase efficiency, availability, and sustainability
• Coordination of specialist planners as well as supervision of general contractor and technical contractor mandates during all project phases
• Collaboration with various internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, ideally in building services engineering, HVAC, or a comparable field
• Further training in project management is an advantage
• At least 2 years of proven experience in managing technical projects, preferably in facility management or an industrial environment
• Strong communication skills, technical understanding, and an affinity for numbers and cost control
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1), English skills are an advantage
