Do you want to create direct added value for our insured persons with your expertise in occupational pensions and help shape our pension fund both professionally and organisationally? Are you enthusiastic about applying your specialist knowledge in occupational pensions to complex customer concerns, improving processes, and helping to develop new solutions?
In this role, you will work in the Pension Fund team, which is organisationally assigned to the HR division, and actively contribute to the further development of Zurich Switzerland’s pension fund. You will take on a central function in the occupational pensions department for our insured persons, combining your sound knowledge with a strong service orientation and helping to further digitalise and optimise our processes. In a small, dedicated team, you will actively shape the appearance of our pension fund and ensure that our insured persons are supported transparently, understandably, and solution-oriented.
What to expect
- You accompany our insured persons through all life phases (entries, exits, home ownership promotion, divorces, etc.) and inform them clearly and service-oriented
- You review, process, and support disability cases in a structured and empathetic manner
- You ensure a high professional quality, participate in audits, and continuously develop workflows, checklists, and processes
- You optimise our administration software as a super-user, test new functions, and act as the interface to the IT service provider
- You actively contribute to the creation of insured persons’ information and mailing campaigns, maintain the pension fund’s intranet presence, and support the introduction of new digital processes
What distinguishes you
- Successfully completed commercial basic training or Matura as well as further training as a social insurance specialist or specialist in personnel pensions
- Several years of solid practical experience in occupational pensions
- High technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern software solutions, digitalised processes, and their further development
- Discreet, honest, and resilient personality with an independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style, strong team spirit, and pronounced empathy for our insured persons
- German at native level (C2) as well as fluent knowledge (C1/C2) in French and/or English for the professional support of our multilingual insured group
