Your tasks

Support and accompany people with psychological challenges in everyday work
Responsibility for the smooth processing of orders and compliance with deadlines and quality standards
Co-lead as operator on the digital cutter (wood and textile processing)
Support in production planning
Accompany inclusive offers
Administrative tasks

Your profile

Basic technical training
Extensive experience in programming and operating a digital cutter
Organisational flair and enjoyment in dealing with people
Experience or further training in work pedagogy an advantage
Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and common IT applications
Team-oriented, resilient, reliable and conscientious personality
Openness and joy in designing and implementing
