Facility Technician (m/f/d) – Building Services Engineering
What to expect:
You are the technical backbone of our buildings and ensure that everything runs smoothly. With your manual skills, you keep building services systems running, quickly and reliably resolve malfunctions, and pitch in where necessary. With us, you work in a professional environment where your practical work is appreciated and you are part of a dedicated team.
Your tasks:
- You take care of the maintenance and servicing of building services systems and ensure that everything functions perfectly
- You manage and monitor the building management system and keep an eye on all technical processes
- You organise repairs and ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently
- You carry out the annual maintenance and service work and coordinate these with external service providers
- You carefully and transparently document all relevant in-house and company services
- You plan, accompany and coordinate conversions and technical projects
Your profile:
- A completed vocational training in a manual trade (e.g. as an electrical technician,
- electrical fitter, facility maintenance specialist or a comparable profession)
- An independent and responsible way of working – you know what needs to be done and get stuck in
- Resilience even in stressful situations – you keep an overview, set the right priorities and stay calm
- A genuine hands-on mentality – you are happy to pitch in outside your area and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Team spirit and adaptability – you enjoy working with others and actively contribute to the team
- Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage but not a must
