The future employee feels comfortable in a multicultural environment, knows how to manage interpersonal relationships with patients, can ensure quality while respecting established times and procedures, and enjoys collaborative and team work.
Necessary requirements
- Federal certificate of capacity as hotel employee or catering employee.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and good knowledge of a second national language
- Good computer skills
- Availability for shift work (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) with flexible hours.
- Orientation towards change and development
- Professional experience in hospital or hotel structures is a preferred qualification
