To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and independent individual with experience in property accounting.

These are your tasks:

• Management of property accounting
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Assistance with annual financial statements of property accounting as well as SME mandates

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting (professional certificate) or in property management
• Confident use of Office 365, knowledge of Rimo R5 and Infoniqa
• Reliable, independent and precise working style
