Project Engineer in Hydroelectric Facilities 80-100%

The Energy Solutions Directorate develops comprehensive offers combining consulting, design, execution, maintenance and operation. It is also the single point of entry for major projects, energy efficiency and automation, electrical engineering, facility management and innovation.
As a project lead engineer, you contribute to the realisation of challenging hydroelectric projects by solving various technical problems related to the installation, rehabilitation, overhaul and transformation of hydraulic equipment in Switzerland.
Mission :
- Ensure the acquisition of mandates as well as project management in the field of hydroelectric developments (in Switzerland) in order to propose optimal technical solutions;
- Carry out complete machine studies or machine component studies (from design to commissioning), for mechanical parts or controls related to hydroelectric facilities;
- Collaborate on expert assessments in the field of hydroelectricity both for Groupe E and external clients and study suitable technical solutions for the rehabilitation of installations;
- Establish planning and monitor the progress of projects under your responsibility, ensuring their compliance with the specifications, budget and deadlines.
Profile :
- HES engineer in mechanical engineering or equivalent training;
- Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written;
- Interest in the construction of mechanical or welded mechanical equipment or controls, ideally in the hydroelectric field;
- Multidisciplinary knowledge in the construction of large mechanical equipment and devices;
