To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following employee:

"Accounting Specialist"

• Workload: 60%
• Workplace: Wädenswil (ZH)
• Start: immediately possible / by arrangement

Your contribution - how you shape our success:

• Participation in accounts payable and receivable processing such as: dunning, commission statements, handling accounting customer inquiries and more
• Processing of payment transactions
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support with budgeting and forecasts
• Collaboration with external parties such as trustees or auditors
• Support in administrative and organisational tasks related to property management and other service providers

Are you our perfect match? Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and/or relevant professional experience
• Organisational talent with a flair for numbers
• Independent and discreet working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English or Italian skills
